Ticket sales
Welcome to our ticketing system.
Here you can get your tickets in an easy and practical way.

• How to receive an invoice?

If you want to receive an invoice, please send the document confirming the purchase to buhalterija@dramosteatras.lt by the 7th day of the following month. We want to remind you that invoices are issued only to the payer.

• Can I pay for the ticket in cash?

If you do not want to pay via Internet, you can buy tickets at the National Kaunas Drama Theatre’s box-office (Laisvės al.) 71, Kaunas); there you can pay in cash or by card.

• Can I choose my seats?
Yes. When buying tickets online and at the box-office, the purchaser chooses the wanted seats at the hall in accordance with the suitable price category.

Can a viewer enter the event with an e-ticket that does not have its name and surname on it?
If the ticket is bought by a person, whose name and surname are indicated on the e-ticket, but the purchaser is not able to attend the event or if the e-ticket is given as a gift, another viewer can be admitted with this e-ticket because only the ID and QR code of the ticket are checked and not the identity of the person. However, if the ticket is purchased with a discount, the other person also has to have the right to this discount. A document confirming the discount is required before entering the event. In the case of failure to present a document confirming the discount, the service provider reserves the right to not admit the purchaser to the event and is not liable for any loss incurred by the purchaser as a result.
